By creating an account in Audi Race Prediction, a customer relationship is established between you and Audi. Within this relationship, we and our authorized dealers and Audi Financial Services may market similar products, services, and offers to you. The legal basis for this is legitimate interest. You have the right to object to receiving marketing from us at any time via every communication you receive.
Audi will share your personal data with our authorized dealers in order to assist you with the test drive, carry out a driver’s license check, and market products and services.

TERMS OF USE
These Terms of Use (the “Terms”) apply to all access to and use of Audi Sweden (“Race Prediction”) provided by Audi Sweden (the “Game Publisher”). A person who accesses and uses the game is referred to as a “User”.
By creating a user account, the User confirms that they have read and understood the Terms and accept them in their entirety.
1. General terms for the Game
Registration and use of “Race Prediction” is free of charge, and there is no possibility to purchase goods or services within Race Prediction.
Race Prediction may be played by individuals residing in Sweden or abroad.
The minimum age to create a User Account and use the Game is 18 years.
Employees, board members, agents, or other representatives of Volkswagen Group Sverige AB and its retailers are permitted to play Race Prediction but are not entitled to receive any prizes connected to Race Prediction. The same applies to employees, board members, or other representatives of Race Prediction partners and sponsors. The above also applies to the family members and close relatives of such persons. Users who have been suspended or blocked from using Race Prediction are not permitted to use Race Prediction under another identity.
2. User account
To use Race Prediction, the User must register a player profile (a “User Account”) on the official Race Prediction website raceprediction.audi.se (the “Website”). Access to the internet and equipment supporting the use of Race Prediction, such as a computer or mobile phone with the required software, is also required. The User is responsible for ensuring that their mobile device is updated with the software required from time to time to use Race Prediction and is responsible for any data traffic charges incurred through use of Race Prediction.
The User is responsible for ensuring that all information in the User Account provided during registration and made available to the Game Publisher is accurate and kept up to date. User names must not violate Swedish law, infringe upon third-party trademarks, trade names, or other rights, or be considered offensive or inappropriate. The Game Publisher reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend Users who violate these conditions.
The User is responsible for all activities conducted through their User Account. The User must not share their password, share the account, or otherwise use the User Account in a way that compromises its security. Users who suspect that an unauthorized person has gained access to their User Account must immediately inform the Game Publisher using the contact details stated in section 11 below.
The User may create their User Account at any time, but the Game Publisher may from time to time set a deadline by which the User must have registered a User Account in order to be eligible to receive points awarded in Race Prediction and qualify for prizes.
The User may terminate their User Account and the agreement with the Game Publisher regarding participation in the Game at any time by closing the User Account under the “Settings” tab on the Website. Upon termination of the User Account, all previously awarded points will be forfeited.
3. Game rules
The conditions for Race Prediction are determined by the game rules published by the Game Publisher on the Website (the “How it works”).
The Game Publisher reserves the right to amend, adjust, and supplement the Game Rules over time. Users are encouraged to regularly visit the “How it works” tab on the Website to stay updated, as continued use of the Game after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Game Rules. The Game Publisher will endeavour to inform Users of changes in advance where possible.
The Game Publisher has the sole right to decide on and interpret the Game Rules, including the allocation of points and prizes. The Game Publisher’s decisions in this regard are final and cannot be appealed. Any breach of the Game Rules also constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in temporary or permanent suspension from the Game.
4. Prizes
The Game Publisher may from time to time announce competitions in Race Prediction. Prizes linked to Race Prediction (the “Prizes”) are awarded to Users at the discretion of the Game Publisher. The Game Publisher reserves the right to change or adjust Prizes if deemed necessary or if prevented from delivering announced Prizes due to circumstances beyond its control.
Prizes may be awarded to the User(s) with the highest total score at the end of the season or at another time determined by the Game Publisher, such as monthly or weekly. The Game Publisher reserves the right to require proof of age if there is suspicion that a User does not meet the age requirement.
Winning Users will be contacted via email and must confirm their contact details for prize delivery. By accepting a Prize, the User also agrees that the Game Publisher and/or its partners may publish the User’s name, image, and any comments on the Website, partner websites, and/or in social media channels.
Prizes cannot be transferred, exchanged, or sold under any circumstances. The User is responsible for any applicable taxes on winnings.
5. Access to the Game and suspension of Users
The User understands and agrees that Race Prediction must be used in accordance with these Terms and the Game Rules.
The Game Publisher strives to ensure that information in Race Prediction is accurate, complete, and up to date but provides no guarantee of this.
Race Prediction is normally available 24/7, but the Game Publisher does not guarantee availability, functionality, or that the Game will be error-free. The Game Publisher will, where possible, inform Users in advance of any limitations.
The Game Publisher may temporarily shut down Race Prediction and/or the Website for maintenance, upgrades, or other technical measures, and will aim to minimise disruption.
The Game Publisher also reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a User without prior notice:
• if there is suspicion that the User Account is being used by someone other than the registered User or that the User has previously been suspended;
• if there is suspicion of breach of these Terms and/or the Game Rules or illegal activity under Swedish law; or
• if required for security or technical reasons.
6. Disclaimer
The Game Publisher is not liable for any damage or loss suffered by the User due to Race Prediction or the User Account being unavailable or not functioning as expected.
Where liability exists, it is limited to direct damages only. The Game Publisher is not liable for lost profits, revenue, savings, goodwill, data loss, or any indirect or consequential damages unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
Race Prediction may contain links to third-party content. The Game Publisher has no control over and accepts no responsibility for such content.
Neither the Game Publisher nor its representatives shall be liable for lost income or profit due to software errors, viruses, or perceived deficiencies in the Game.
7. Intellectual property rights
The Game contains material protected by copyright and other intellectual property rights owned by the Game Publisher, its licensors, and/or third parties (“Materials”), including text, trademarks, graphics, logos, images, and source code.
Nothing in these Terms grants the User any rights to the Materials other than what is necessary to use Race Prediction in accordance with the Game Rules.
The User is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, time-limited right to use Race Prediction for personal, non-commercial purposes only. The User may not transfer or sublicense this right.
Users are strictly prohibited from copying, reproducing, deriving, decompiling, or reverse engineering Race Prediction or the Materials, or using the Game to store or transmit harmful software. It is also prohibited to attempt unauthorised access to the Game, Website, servers, or related databases.
Users may not access information or accounts belonging to other Users without explicit consent.
8. Marketing and communication
By registering a User Account, the User may receive information about the Account and Race Prediction, such as confirmations, statistics, and results via email and/or SMS. The User may also choose to receive marketing communications and newsletters.
The User may withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time under “Settings” on the Website.
9. Personal data
By creating a User Account, the User confirms that they have read the Game Publisher’s Privacy Policy describing how personal data is processed. If consent is given for marketing communications, personal data is processed based on the Game Publisher’s legitimate interest in communicating with the User.
10. Miscellaneous
The Game Publisher may assign its rights under these Terms in whole or in part.
In case of a dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably. If unsuccessful, the dispute shall be settled by a Swedish court under Swedish law.
Disputes may also be reviewed by the National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN), whose decisions are recommendations.
